December 1st - 12th, 2012 Soke and Mrs. Riedner will be joining Soke Dave Sgro in Gautemala to participate in what God is doing through Go! Ministries. SHIHO KARANO RYU NEWS!

It has always been the goal of the Head Family of Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu® to ensure the integrity of all martial arts instruction occurring in connection with the name Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu®.

To that end we have been working on a trademark and are pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2011 the name Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu® is a registered trademark with United States Patent and Trademark Office. 

Over the next several months Soke Clement Riedner will be making contact with all head instructors using the name Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu® in connection with martial arts instruction (i.e promoting students within Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu, advertising NSKR instruction, etc.) for the purposes of signing a Trademark License agreement.

It is important for everyone to understand that all martial arts schools using the trademark name Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu ® and associated logo for the purposes of martial arts instruction are now required to sign a Trademark License agreement in order to continue the use of the Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu®name and logo, and any instructor or school using the Nippon Shiho Karano Ryu ® name and logo without the express written consent of Head Family is in violation of US Trademark law.
